and White Oak, Cherry, and Walnut Shellac

This
delicate table features three finely
fit hand dovetailed drawers with shaped walnut pulls and drawer bottoms
mimicking the white oak of the table top field. The tapered cherry legs
are strengthened by a bent laminated white oak stretcher lattice. The
case
surrounding the drawers is made
from a single piece of quarter sawn red oak with exquisite grain. It's
as nice looking inside with the drawers removed as it is looking at the
outside of the piece. The finish is shellac polish, creating a
sensuous texture.
